Yesterday was my mom's birthday... To start off the day, she and I took a walk around the neighborhood in the cool weather yesterday morning... And, she cleaned the house while I was at work during the rest of the day...so there wasn't much celebrating going on till the evening... But, as soon as Scott and I got home from work, we all sat down to a nice dinner...followed by some yummy Baskin Robbins ice cream cake! Then, Scott surprised her with a pot of pretty flowers...and I had a card for her and a box of one of her favorite candies - Red Hots... Even though it was just us three, it was a really nice evening, and I think my mom enjoyed herself...
Happy Birthday again, Mom! We sure do love you bunches...
