The Christmas decorating, that is...
Slowly but surely, we're getting the house decorated with all the "trimmings" for the holiday season... It's gone a little slower than usual, due to the fact that my poor mom has a sinus infection and fluid in one of her ears...so the "Christmas Queen" has been having to take it easy and rest... We try and do what we can in the mornings before I leave for work... But, hopefully, as Mom rests and takes her medicine, she'll get to feeling better soon...and we can have most of the inside of the house (including the Christmas tree itself) finished sometime this weekend... I can't wait till it's all finished - it's always SO pretty! Tons of sparkling lights...lots of rich reds and greens and silvers everywhere...and add to that Christmas carols playing softly in the background and the smells of cinnamon candles burning...and you've got yourself one warm and cozy and inviting Christmas house! I'll be sure to take pictures when it's all finished...
